Mix milk (cow, soy, almond, ...) with previously frozen fruit, add almonds or hazelnuts and style toppings around altoids it!
Preparation In a jug, press 1 lime. Expand the remaining half into slices for decoration. Add of washed mint leaves, apple juice and sweetener. Let steep for 2 hours in the fridge. Before serving, rub the edge of the jars with a mint leaf and ice and fill them up to half. Pour half apple syrup infused (and filtered), half Perrier. Garnish with a slice of lime and a mint leaf!
Just simply mixing its flakes and / or chia seeds in milk, with fruit and a little sugar. In a fridge and flake / seeds will swell overnight. Hop! the next morning your little dej is ready. It is healthy and good!
Soon the time for picnics! A well presented salad in a jar is an art! We must put the ingredients in a certain order to meet all of their flavors: start with "wet" ingredients into the jar and put the "dry" altoids ingredients above.
