Ingredients: 1 cup veneers or white beans soaked overnight prior strip kombu seaweed 1 onion 1 garlic 1 leaf of cabbage 1 handful of toasted hazelnuts 1 slice of whole wheat toast fresh parsley olive oil and sea salt
